Considering the investment I was making, instead of waiting to protect it, I bought the Scosche cover right away from T-Mobile. They offered a 20% discount for accessories bought that day so I paid around $25 for it. It adds very little to outside dimensions and still enables me to put the tablet, inside of its cover, in my sportcoat or cargo pants pocket. It also acts as an easel in several configurations...to type on and as a viewing easel (instead of merely propping it open and hoping the inverted "V" doesn't become an"_" as it collapses on the surface ow what it is resting upon. I'm glad I made that choice and I;m finding others had made the choice after a lot of research. Just my good luck I guess.
